The following Tests will help you determine the sources of your pain.

It will take 10 – 15 minutes total.

To get accurate results, it’s important to simply follow along and do what he says. (Don’t try to “figure out” his purposes.)

1- In 2 of the tests it can be helpful to have a friend or family member to help. But it’s not required to be successful.
